Can i do this?
For 99% of the people, CrossFit is not a crazy-intense-make-you-puke kind of workout that requires you to be in shape like the people you see on TV in the CrossFit games. Remember: Those are professional athletes that workout and compete for a living. They are not the everyday person that is focused on being disciplined, fit, and healthy. Our coaches will make sure the program works for where your current fitness level.
If you want results that last, CrossFit is for you. Sure you can get fit and lose weight with other methods, but CrossFit will give that to you plus strength, great endurance, and better mobility that will last even should you choose to stop.
